A Sales Rally was held with the LandAsia Realty last February 13, 2012 at the Sacred Heart Convention Center. Attended by LAGPN’s head brokers Ric and Marissa Inting, everyone gave a positive response on the projects especially the incentives offered for 2012. Realtor Ric Inting also gave a short motivational message to their agents on how to effectively sell. Each and everyone was very eager to meet the quotas for them to avail of the incentives like trip for two (2) outside the country, extra Php 200,000.00 at the end of the year and free multicabs.

Nexus Real Estate Corp. organized a sales rally for the Society of Cebu Real Estate Firms Inc. (SCRFI) last February 7, 2012 at the Sacred Heart Convention Center. More than a hundred sales agents and brokers attended the said event. It started with opening remarks by SCRFI Board of Director Melvin Ouano and then followed by the presentation of the Nexus projects. Nexus’ Executive Vice President Shanna Lopez introduced the promos for the year 2012 which made everyone excited and inspired to make the first sale.

Brokers Samuel Lao of Realty Options Inc., Viethmier Cuevas and Nelson Talatayod of Solid Green V Realty, Percival Baliguat of DXNLand Property and Brokerage, Jun Pasikulan of JHS Realty, Catalina Ferrer of Ferrer Realty, Gerry Yangyang of Cebu Realty and Brokerage, Richard Asares of Diamondcrest Realty, Zenia Dumon of Dumon Realty and Terisita Lim of St. Therese Realty, to name a few, were very eager to motivate their agents to meet the quotas for them to avail of the incentives like trip for two (2) outside the country, extra Php 200,000.00 at the end of the year and free multicabs.

The programme ended with the closing remarks of SCRFI current president, Mr. Percival Baliguat encouraging everyone to do their best so that they would all get the said incentives and more.

Nexus Real Estate Corp held a small gathering with friends and partners in the industry last January 28, 2012 at the Kamalaya Dos. It was attended by prominent brokers of Cebu and their agents. A sumptuous lunch buffet was shared by every one after a short opening message by EVP Shanna Lopez.

To officially mark the progress of work of the model units NAVA, SANGAI and NUI, Nexus Real Estate was proud to present to the public the progress of work of Kamalaya Dos last November 19, 2011.The the viewing public was invited to the latest landmark in Tunghaan, Minglanilla.

The model units of Kamalaya Dos are now 90% complete and all that needs to be done are the final touches. This event was successfully graced by Hon. Vice-Mayor Elanito Peña, Councilor Edmund Samson, Tunghaan Brgy. Capt. James Getuaban, key government officials from Minglanilla, suppliers, brokers, agents, prospective buyers, and the press.

The program started with a blessing of the houses led by Fr. Suico and then a short message were given by Nexus’ Executive Vice President Shanna Lopez and the vice mayor. A hearty lunch of several dishes was then served on the long table. In addition, Nexus Real Estate Corp. would like to extend its gratitude to those who attended said event.

Landasia Global Properties Network (LAGPN), one the largest realty firms in Cebu City held its Monthly General Assembly last September 6, 2011 at the Sacred Heart Convention Center. Nexus Real Estate Corporation was invited to present our projects to over 50 sales agents who attended the said event. As the assembly progressed, the Top 10 Projects Sold by LAGPN was unveiled and Nexus was one of the top projects being promoted by the LAGPN agents. Ms. Shanna Lopez, Nexus’ Executive Vice-President gave a short message to the crowd and encouraged them more to sell for Nexus as more promos and incentives shall be given in the coming months. She also revealed that 2 new projects are to be released and introduced to the market by December.

Nexus Real Estate Corporation represented by Executive Vice President Shanna Lopez and Realtor Samuel Lao for Realty Options Inc. (ROI) had a contract signing last August 1, 2011 as new partners in the real estate industry. With this partnership, Nexus and ROI aims to build an aggressive online selling network for the developments of the company and thus introducing the projects to the different levels of consumers through the internet by means of different search engines and by that making it available and salable worldwide. As partners, Nexus and ROI hopes successful promotion and selling, making Nexus Real Estate Corporation level or even edge out the other developers in providing homes not just to the people of Cebu but worldwide.

Nexus Real Estate Corporation sponsored the Leuterio Realty/Filipino Homes during their General Assembly last July 26, 2011 at the Sacred Heart Convention Center. Hundreds of realty agents attended the said assembly. It was started with the singing of the national anthem and prayer both given by one of the agents. Head of Leuterio Realty, Anthony Leuterio then gave his welcome address and later on introduced Nexus’ Executive Vice President Shanna T. Lopez and her staff to give a short orientation of the current projects of the company. Ms. Lopez also announced the latest promos and incentives making the agents excited and eager to start selling the properties presented by Nexus. A short raffle was also sponsored by the host giving out office supplies, gift certificates, mobile phones and a digital camera for the grand price. With the said activity, Nexus hopes that Leuterio Realty/ Filipino Homes will work hand in hand in achieving success and development of the real estate sector in Cebu.

Nexus Real Estate Corporation joins the Sales Rally and Annual Awarding 2011 ceremony of the Society of Cebu Realty Firms, Inc. last March 30, 2011 at the Sacred Heart Center Convention Hall. Different real estate developers also attended the said event like Aboitizland and Pueblo De Oro &Dev’t Corporation. This annual event recognizes and awards the top sales agents for their sales from the previous year.

Society president Samuel Lao, during his opening remarks, said that one should be aggressive and always take action as this will lead you to success and he added that this not only applies to the supposed to be attitudes of the agents but also to everyone. This was followed by Nexus’ Executive Vice President Shanna Lopez presentation of the updates for Kamalaya Residences I and II and The Villagio including the latest promos and incentives. The different developers also presented their project updates. Awarding of the Top Sales agents and induction of new honorary society member then followed the presentation. Closing remarks was given by Society’s founding director Julito Sundo. The whole event was hosted by the ever energetic Realtor Vietmier Cuevas and Ms. Gloria Gonzales.
