NREC partnered with Pag-IBIG HDMF and held a two-day on-site registration and loyalty card distribution last September 25,2025 and October 2,2025. This was held at the ground floor at the Antara Retail Strip for the convenience of our tenants, residents, and the surrounding community. We extend our gratitude to the dedicated staff of Pag-IBIG for their excellent service and the success of the 2-day event, which was made hassle-free with the process taking only 5-10 minutes for its members.
The new Pag-ibig loyalty plus card gives access to exclusive discounts and rewards points, faster and safer transactions with the Short-Term Loan application (STL) and the Virtual Pag-ibig account (vPagIBIG).

The academic school year has officially ended, and Nexus celebrated this significant milestone with the Children of Cebu Foundation, Inc. last April 15, 2025. All smiles were on the faces of the children as they engaged in the activities prepared by Nexus volunteers. The children also showcased their talents through dancing and singing actively.
Nexus turned over food supplies and items to the center to help them with their daily essentials. Nexus further continues to empower the community by helping children achieve their dreams.
To honor 2025 International Women’s Day last March 9th, Nexus Real Estate Corporation visited the Children and Women Development Center in Talisay City, a residential facility dedicated to supporting young and vulnerable children. The program was spearheaded by Nexus’ CEO, Shanna Louise Lopez, whose dedication to helping improve local communities is evident in her initiative to provide various community services, particularly in the neighborhood of the multi-tower condominium, Antara Residentials, nestled in Lawaan III, Talisay City.
Donations containing grocery items, clothes, and toys were given to the center ensuring their basic needs were met. The program was filled with interactive activities that aimed to provide excitement and laughter to the young faces of children. It also highlighted its mission “Tukod Kaugmaon” which seamlessly translates to “Building Dreams,” not only in the sense of developing housing projects but also of giving hope to those who need immediate assistance.
Women’s month is always special to Nexus Real Estate Corporation as the majority of its employees are women who have a heart for volunteerism. These women are equally committed to offer their service beyond the borders of their offices and the typical calling of various clients.
