Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or a related support role

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in supervising and implementing the Property Management Programs in the assigned Residential subdivisions managed by Nexus Real Estate Company in the areas of Deed of Restrictions Administration, Billing and Collection, Office Administration, Ground and Janitorial Maintenance, Security Operation, Engineering Maintenance, Water Supply Distribution Operation, and Project, Programs and Activities Administration.
- Attend to homeowners’ inquiries, requests and concerns
Qualifications:
- Engineering graduate or graduate of a business-related course
- At least one (1) year supervisory experience in engineering and office administration
- Familiarity in all aspects of discipline on mechanical, electrical, civil, architecture, structural engineering, construction, customer service, financial management, insurance, legal aspects of management, marketing, real estate brokerage and public relations
- Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignment
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Customer service oriented
- Candidates must be willing to work in South of Cebu where properties are located
BROKER COORDINATOR
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Has background in real estate selling and marketing
- Extensive and established RE Broker’s and Sales Agents network is a plus
- Can conduct trainings and is an effective/persuasive communicator
- Strong people skills is a must
DOCUMENTATION OFFICER
- Possess a degree of independence
- A graduate of any business related course
- Preferably with at least 2 years experience in Real Estate industry
- Has knowledge in documentation
- Knowledgeable in government transaction and processing of Real Estate Pag-ibig related requirements
- Good in planning and analytical skills
- Good business etiquette, communicates properly and highly sociable
- Visual and hearing acuity to perform job-related functions
- Excellent in oral and written communication
- Computer literate
- Flexible with pleasing personality, good interpersonal and customer service skills

- Able to develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans for the entire organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
- Able to manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff, lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products and services, and liaise with media organizations and advertising agencies.
- With intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
