Nexus Real Estate Corp. and CEO Shanna Lopez received an award from Department of Education and City of Talisay last January 10,2014.




Nexus Real Estate Corp. conducted a themed open house activity last Oct. 5 and 6 at the Kamalaya 2 grounds. Dubbed as Grillin’ Hot Open House, the activity was anchored on the idea that subdivision living in Kamalaya 2 is very much family oriented. Here families can do outdoor activities, cook-outs, camp-outs and just about anything to bring family members together minus the fancy clubhouses and manicured gardens. True to its theme, guests were served traditional “puso” or hanging rice, street-style pork barbecue and Pinoy sorebetes. At Kamalaya 2 it’s all about good old family bonding. The activity was well attended with sellers from various brokerage firms bringing along their clients to showcase the warmth and appeal of Kamalaya 2.
The event was also participated in by the one of Nexus’s financing partner, The Bank of Commerce (BoC). Under a special agreement where BoC did on-site pre-appraisal of unit buyers with a sizeable amount of the unit’s purchase price being shouldered by BoC as loan take-outs, Nexus was able to extend a special No-Downpayment Straight Monthly Amortization scheme to buyers during that day. So attractive was the scheme that all existing RFO units were reserved that day and their respective buyers’ housing loan applications were immediately processed the next working day.

Nexus Real Estate Corp. officially turned-over the first 5 units of the Casita house model to their homeowners last September 7, 2013. The ceremonial turned over signaled the start of an easy and affordable method of purchasing a house under Nexus’ Rent-To-Own house ownership program.
Nexus’ EVP, Ms. Shanna Lopez, shared to the homeowners how the company struggled to fix the Casita unit prices at the low end range without sacrificing structural integrity and quality. She also shared that the Rent-To-Own scheme of the company was really a proof of its desire to provide quality housing to a bigger market regardless of income.
As part of introducing the homeowners to their brand new house units, HBDC the contractor for Nexus was also present and facilitated an open forum where the homeowners asked technical questions related to the house construction and future house alterations or improvements. After the open forum, the five unit owners together with NREC management took part in a ceremonial cutting of the ribbon. The whole event was capped by a sumptuous lunch.

Nexus Real Estate Corp. held its 2013 Sales Kick-Off last January 8, 9 and 11 for Landasia Realty, DXN Land Realty and 168 Realty, respectively.
Landasia’s session was attended by 70 agents with their head broker and CEO Ric and Marissa Inting at Sacred Heart Convention Center while DXN Land and 168 Realty’s were held in Sunburst One Mango Branch also with their head broker Percival Baliguat and 168’s South Cebu based Division Managers.
New promos and commission payout schedule were positively accepted and everyone was excited to start selling to avail of the exciting giveaways. NREC will be giving away cars and trips abroad to agents who can reach a certain quota while buyers will be given exciting giveaways when they reserve.
NREC aims to reach its annual quota again for the year 2013 through these new promos and giveaways to agents and buyers.

Nexus Real Estate Corporation Executive Vice President Shanna Louise Lopez and Marketing Manager Ronald Vincent Fortez met with Urbanshift 1 studio architects Melissa Mateo and Joel Ong to formally sign the Architectural contract of Nexus Latest Developments – KAMALAYA DOS.
Signing last December 16, 2010. Urbanshift will be the exclusive Architect for Nexus Real Estate Corp KAMALAYA DOS. Both firms hope this would be a start of a good and successful partnership.

Day 1: A simple “fiesta” themed open house was done by Nexus Real Estate Corp showcasing Kamalaya Dos last August 25-26, 2012. Buyers were offered with very attractive payment schemes such as 20% downpayment payable up to 24 months and reduced reservation fees. Grocery items were also given to those who reserved during the 2-day event.
Day 2: After the successful open-house in Kamalaya Dos, The Villagio was also showcased the following weekend, September 1, 2012, with the same theme earning 7 sales in just 1 day.
Day 3: With the success of the 2nd open house, NREC again opened Kamalaya Dos to the buying public this time with a different theme. “Chilling while living the dream” was prepared in which buyers could avail of the free massage and pampering from trusted masseuses, manicurist and pedicurists while they enjoy cocktails and drinks from the open-bar.
Day 4: Last day of the series concluding at The Villagio earned a total of 20 million. With the success of the promo given during the event, NREC decided to extend the promos for the whole month of October giving chances to those who were not able to avail during the open-house.

After a series of sales rallies for the month of February, Nexus Real Estate Corp. ended it with Leuterio Realty last February 25, 2012 at the Sacred Heart Convention Center. Over 100 real estate agents attended the said event through the combined efforts of Nexus and Leuterio Realty’s head broker, Anthony “Ton” Leuterio. Sir Ton also gave a short inspirational talk on how to effectively close a sale. With the promos and incentives presented by Nexus’ EVP Shanna Lopez, the agents were very excited and eager to make a sale. With the series of sales rallies, Nexus expects to meet the target sales for 2012 in no time.
