September 19, 2015 – Nexus Real Estate Corp. joins the 30th International Coastal Clean Up organized by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. NREC donated various clean-up equipments as well as 1000 sacks to the volunteers of different group and offices. Together with several government and private sectors, NREC cleaned up the Butuanon River in Mandaue.

The orchestrated coastal clean-up of esteros, waterways, rivers and creeks is hoped to inspire and empower local communities to achieve a cleaner and healthier environment.

A whole day full of sun, sand and lots of fun was spent at the Karancho Beach Resort last July 18, 2015 as Nexus Real Estate Corp. held its mid-year awarding ceremony for the first half of 2015. Although it was an awarding event, the day was not only dedicated to recognize all the top sellers for the first half of 2015 but to foster camaraderie and to enjoy a day in the beach with a delicious seafood lunch and exciting games.

Dressed in their colorful beach outfits, everybody participated in traditional beach games such as tug-of-war, fill-the-cup, Bring Me, and a very electrifying “dance off” competition to the tunes of the hottest trending music of 2015, Twerk it like Miley and Watch Me Whip/Nae. The day ended with each participant taking home power banks, usb flash drives, cash and gift certificates as prizes and raffle items.

Nexus Real Estate Corp. had a Summer Barbeque Openhouse at the Villagio last April 18-19, 2015. Buyers were invited to the subdivision for a barbeque cookout and tubs of ice cream to beat the summer heat. Fun games, kiddie activities and lots of freebies and give-aways were given away lo lucky buyers and sales agents.

Buyers were given the chance to own their dream house at discounted prices thus NREC is fulfilling its vision to provide quality but affordable homes to all Cebuanos.

A drum corps welcomed everyone with their very lively beat and sounds. Everyone also enjoyed the delicious spread of Chinese food for lunch like yang chow rice, lumpia shangai, tikoy, etc. serenaded by the sound of Chinese music for a complete Chinese celebration experience.

Once again, NEXUS Real Estate Corp., one of the emerging players in the local real estate industry acknowledged its business partners and agents last Saturday, July 19, 2014 with the awarding of vehicle incentives to their top broker and seller for the 1st half of 2014.

Awarded as top broker was Ms. Rose Flaminia of Flaminia Realty, who was given a brand new Toyota Innova and Ms. Mally Orge also of Flaminia Realty as top seller, who was given a brand new Toyota Avanza. Ms. Flaminia and Ms. Orge were accompanied respectively by their proud families during the awarding together with the other agents of Flaminia Realty.

The awarding was done during a weekend Open House Activity at Kamalaya Dos Subdivision, one of the premier housing projects of NEXUS in Tunghaan, Minglanilla.
