A HEART IN REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT. On December 20, 2016, the children’s laughter and squeals were heard from every corner of the orphanage from the games that transpired. They were given prizes, gifts, loot bags, pantry supplies and to top it all, Nexus is looking into funding the children’s education as well as offering job opportunities for the graduates. In turn, Nexus was treated with their song and dance numbers. This is the company’s commitment to nurture lives – in this case, the children’s. As they say, the children are the future. NREC presents an early Christmas gift to Ms. Aisa Tubog and Mr. Eunnel Largo (the 2016 official awardees of a brand new Toyota Wigo) as NREC acknowledges their endless support in selling and promoting NEXUS projects.

Last October 21,2016, NREC celebrated the blessing of the new 3rd floor of NREC office in 596-N. Bacalso avenue. The 3rd floor has the team’s updated and spacious pantry along side the new Executive Offices.

Last June 25,2016, the NREC family welcomed guests and visitors as they celebrated the most awaited showroom blessing of the stylish ANTARA Studio unit. Officiated by Fr. Melchor Rizon, VIPs and guests solemnly witnessed the blessing of this iconic multi-towered development followed by a Ribbon-Cutting ceremony by our VIPs. After which, a traditional but fun showering of candies and coins was made to signify the “shower of blessing” and the “spirit of sharing luck”.
