A HEART IN REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT. As the ever energetic property developer NEXUS REAL ESTATE CORPORATION continues to be an active steward in community development, its company officers spread more the yuletide cheers and the Christmas spirit to the 31 children of Our Lady of Divine Providence Home in Talisay City, Cebu. On December 20, 2016, the children’s laughter and squeals were heard from every corner of the orphanage from the games that transpired. They were given prizes, gifts, loot bags, pantry supplies and to top it all, Nexus is looking into funding the children’s education as well as offering job opportunities for the graduates. In turn, Nexus was treated with their song and dance numbers. This is the company’s commitment to nurture lives – in this case, the children’s. As they say, the children are the future. We will continue to stay true to our mantra: “Building Dreams. Developing Lives”.
