One month after the blessing and turnover of Antara Tower 1, Nexus Real Estate Corporation officially held the groundbreaking ceremony of ANTARA’s Retail Strip last August 8, 2018.
Strategically located in a prime location in front of the whole development visible from the road, the Antara Retail Strip is the neighborhood commercial strip of Antara Residences and it complements three mid-rise 600 units’ residential condominiums. It has a ready captured market in the condominium as well as the neighboring residential community in Lawaan, Talisay City.
The retail strip has a total floor area of 2,500 sqm with an average of 50 – 120 sqm cuts. The retail strip is expected to be completed in 2019.

Nexus Real Estate Corporation gives back to its community as the company organized a back to school outreach program for the children of Sitio Pagtambayayong, Lawaan III, Talisay City Cebu. NREC treated the children to a fun Jollibee party, gave school supplies, raincoats and other school needs. NREC believes that through little acts of movement, the company could help encourage the youth and continue to stay true to its mantra of “Building Dreams. Developing Lives.”

Recognising the importance of mangroves on the role they play on our ecosystem, Nexus continues to support the island community of Camungi in Olango Island with the planting of 65000 mangrove trees, a project that has been ongoing since 2015.
NEXUS Real Estate Corporation celebrates another milestone as they crowned their very first Mister and Miss Antara during their annual sales kick-off and appreciation night last January 30 at Sarrosa International Hotel.
Joey Gupita, a representative from Land Asia Realty and Development Corp. bagged the title of Mister Antara while Catherine Cuerpo of Leuterio Realty and Brokerage was crowned Miss Antara. The competition was divided into several categories including the production number, swimwear, long gown and evening attire and the question and answer portion.
The winners will have the privilege of serving as Antara’s ambassador and ambassadress and will appear in magazines, billboards and marketing media of Nexus Real Estate Corporation.
The pageant was the highlight of the retro-rock themed party, ‘Nexus Party Festival 2018’. Living up to its name, the evening was filled with live music, dancing, and flashy outfits. The event was held in celebration of the success of the company’s projects and also in recognition of Nexus’ partner companies and its individual agents.
Shanna Lopez, the company’s CEO, graced the event as she formally welcomed the guests during her opening speech.
“Tonight, we reminisce our past successes as we look forward to our future endeavors,” she said as she recognized the longtime partnership of Nexus with the different companies.
She concluded her message with a gentle reminder. “Tonight, we should have fun. Tomorrow, we should go out and change the world to those seeking to find a new home, and make them part of the Nexus family.”
