Nexus Real Estate Corp. joined the Philippine Alliance of Hongkong, an organization of Filipino OFWs in Hong Kong, last September 22, 2013 for their Annual Sportsfest. The event which was held at Chater Road, Hong Kong showcased the athleticism and artistry of our Filipino OFWs working there. The event consisted of a road race ala Amazing Race, cheerdance competition and a Palaro Queen beauty pageant. For the Palaro Queen segment, NREC EVP, Ms. Shanna Lopez, sat as a member of the panel of judges.

During the event, NREC had a booth which showcased all its property development projects to our Filipino OFWs in Hong Kong. The NREC team had a wonderful time interacting and answering inquiries for possible property investments from fellow Filipinos there.

NREC’s sponsorship of the Philippine Alliance activity in Hong Kong serves as the official kickoff for the company’s series of international roadshows to realize its goal of reaching out to our beloved OFWs and providing them an investment vehicle for their hard earned money.

Nexus Real Estate Corp. (NREC) celebrated with Land Asia Global Property Network (LAGPN) on its 20th anniversary last October 20, 2012 at the Mariner’s Court in Cebu Port Area. The party started with cocktails wherein sponsor developers such as NREC were able to give out flyers and sales kits to the agents. The program proper started around 6:30pm with a grand parade of the Global Investment Directors together with Realtor Marissa and Ricardo Inting, the CEO and President of LAGPN, respectively.

A sumptuous dinner was served while the speakers where giving out there messages to the attendees. NREC was able to present its audio-visual presentation during the event as part of the program. During the inspirational message of Realtor Ric Inting, he envisioned that by 2020, LAGPN will have produced the first 1000 millionaires within the realty through the help of the partners in the industry especially the developers such as Nexus Real Estate Corp. Top sellers and top developers were also awarded during said event. Agents and developers alike mingled and celebrated the whole night for another milestone has been achieved by Land Asia Global Property Network.

Friday, December 2, 2011, Nexus Real Estate Corp. celebrated its “Hollywood” Christmas Party and the launching of its final installment to its flagship project namely Kamalaya Terraces in Tunghaan, Minglanilla and Springfield still in Minglanilla at Santorini Grand Ballroom, Elizabeth Hotel. Just like last year, it was hosted by two of our favorite emcee/realtor Mr. Viethmier Cuevas and Mr. Ron Tan.

The event catered over 200 agents, brokers, friends, colleagues, the media (Philippine Daily Inquirer, Wealth Channel, Goldstar Daily, The Freeman and Zee Lifestyle Magazine) , and VIP’s which included HLURB CEO Atty. Antonio M. Bernardo, Director Roy Lopez, and Engr. Francis Ordineza, Mr and Mrs. Ric Inting of Land Asia Realty and Dev’t Corporation, and D’ New HBDC President Rodesson Yu.

The festivities started with the speech of Ms. Shanna Lopez, Executive Vice President of Nexus Real Estate Corp who welcomed everybody to the event. Followed by a special song number by the Edros Trios of Landasia and then the first part of the raffle with lots of exciting gifts given away. Various dance numbers from different realtors starting from DXN Land also graced the event as well as nexus staff itself added lot of excitement with their own presentation. Many gifts, food and fun entertained the guests the whole night.

The Top Sales Agents and Brokerage Firms was also announced with Lougene Binghay of Leuterio Realty and LandAsia Realty as number 1, respectively.

Ms. Lopez launched newest projects of Nexus Real Estate Corp.– Kamalaya Terraces and Springfield. At the end of the night every face was painted with smiles as they brought home their prizes and gifts. Nexus Real Estate Corp. celebrated with Landasia Global Property Network on its 19th Anniversary last October 20, 2011 at the Penthouse, Robinland Residence NRA, Mandaue City. A masquerade themed party, everyone came glamorous and dazzling for the night and Nexus was able to join them on this eventful evening. Realtor Ric Inting serenaded the everyone while some of the guests danced the night away.

The Nexus Real Estate Corporation would like to thank each and everyone who joined us in celebrating our Christmas Party and Launching of New Projects last December 16,2010 at the Grand Convention Center. It was such a wonderful evening and we hope to see more of everybody next year.
