Nexus Real Estate Corp held a small gathering with friends and partners in the industry last January 28, 2012 at the Kamalaya Dos. It was attended by prominent brokers of Cebu and their agents. A sumptuous lunch buffet was shared by every one after a short opening message by EVP Shanna Lopez.

Friday, December 2, 2011, Nexus Real Estate Corp. celebrated its “Hollywood” Christmas Party and the launching of its final installment to its flagship project namely Kamalaya Terraces in Tunghaan, Minglanilla and Springfield still in Minglanilla at Santorini Grand Ballroom, Elizabeth Hotel. Just like last year, it was hosted by two of our favorite emcee/realtor Mr. Viethmier Cuevas and Mr. Ron Tan.
The event catered over 200 agents, brokers, friends, colleagues, the media (Philippine Daily Inquirer, Wealth Channel, Goldstar Daily, The Freeman and Zee Lifestyle Magazine) , and VIP’s which included HLURB CEO Atty. Antonio M. Bernardo, Director Roy Lopez, and Engr. Francis Ordineza, Mr and Mrs. Ric Inting of Land Asia Realty and Dev’t Corporation, and D’ New HBDC President Rodesson Yu.
The festivities started with the speech of Ms. Shanna Lopez, Executive Vice President of Nexus Real Estate Corp who welcomed everybody to the event. Followed by a special song number by the Edros Trios of Landasia and then the first part of the raffle with lots of exciting gifts given away. Various dance numbers from different realtors starting from DXN Land also graced the event as well as nexus staff itself added lot of excitement with their own presentation. Many gifts, food and fun entertained the guests the whole night.
The Top Sales Agents and Brokerage Firms was also announced with Lougene Binghay of Leuterio Realty and LandAsia Realty as number 1, respectively.
Ms. Lopez launched newest projects of Nexus Real Estate Corp.– Kamalaya Terraces and Springfield. At the end of the night every face was painted with smiles as they brought home their prizes and gifts. To officially mark the progress of work of the model units NAVA, SANGAI and NUI, Nexus Real Estate was proud to present to the public the progress of work of Kamalaya Dos last November 19, 2011.The the viewing public was invited to the latest landmark in Tunghaan, Minglanilla.
The model units of Kamalaya Dos are now 90% complete and all that needs to be done are the final touches. This event was successfully graced by Hon. Vice-Mayor Elanito Peña, Councilor Edmund Samson, Tunghaan Brgy. Capt. James Getuaban, key government officials from Minglanilla, suppliers, brokers, agents, prospective buyers, and the press.
The program started with a blessing of the houses led by Fr. Suico and then a short message were given by Nexus’ Executive Vice President Shanna Lopez and the vice mayor. A hearty lunch of several dishes was then served on the long table. In addition, Nexus Real Estate Corp. would like to extend its gratitude to those who attended said event.
Nexus Real Estate Corp. celebrated with Landasia Global Property Network on its 19th Anniversary last October 20, 2011 at the Penthouse, Robinland Residence NRA, Mandaue City. A masquerade themed party, everyone came glamorous and dazzling for the night and Nexus was able to join them on this eventful evening. Realtor Ric Inting serenaded the everyone while some of the guests danced the night away.
Landasia Global Properties Network (LAGPN), one the largest realty firms in Cebu City held its Monthly General Assembly last September 6, 2011 at the Sacred Heart Convention Center. Nexus Real Estate Corporation was invited to present our projects to over 50 sales agents who attended the said event. As the assembly progressed, the Top 10 Projects Sold by LAGPN was unveiled and Nexus was one of the top projects being promoted by the LAGPN agents. Ms. Shanna Lopez, Nexus’ Executive Vice-President gave a short message to the crowd and encouraged them more to sell for Nexus as more promos and incentives shall be given in the coming months. She also revealed that 2 new projects are to be released and introduced to the market by December.
Nexus Real Estate Corporation represented by Executive Vice President Shanna Lopez and Realtor Samuel Lao for Realty Options Inc. (ROI) had a contract signing last August 1, 2011 as new partners in the real estate industry. With this partnership, Nexus and ROI aims to build an aggressive online selling network for the developments of the company and thus introducing the projects to the different levels of consumers through the internet by means of different search engines and by that making it available and salable worldwide.
