History
Started in 2006, NEXUS is now steadily becoming the developer of choice for the middle income market in the economic powerhouse province of Cebu With five (5) successful sold-out projects, The Consolacion Valley in Consolacion, Roseville Subdivision, Pacific Village, STL Subdivision and The Kamalaya Residences in Minglanilla, it continues to aggressively pursue this dream.Building on its initial successes, NEXUS continues it steady steps of dynamic growth as it launches new projects in the growth centers of Southern Cebu – The Villagio in San Fernando and Kamalaya Dos in Minglanilla. The Villagio is currently the only full scale property development project that caters to the housing market in the San Fernando area and neighboring towns. 2016 has been a big part in the company’s history with the development of its flagship project – The Antara.
