Launching and Christmas Party

Asian Hall – Grand Convention Center Very much well attended by over 200 agents and brokers, friends, colleagues, the media (GMA, Wealth Channel, The Freeman, Sunstar and Cebu Daily News), and which included San Fernando Mayor Hon. Lakambini Reluya and her family, head of DTI Atty. Carol Josh.

5 extra tables had to be added to fit in the unexpected number of guests who attended the Christmas party of Nexus Real Estate Corporation and the soft launch of The Villagio. Hosted by the adorable Mr. Vietmeer Cuevas, the event started with Opening remarks from Nexus EVP Shanna Lopez. Followed by a special number by the singing realtor Mr. Herbert Buot who has been branded as the local Frank Sinatra, Dance numbers by the different realtors as well as Nexus staff added a lot of excitement. Lots of games, food and fun entertained the guests the whole night.

The mayor of San Fernando Mayor Lakambini Reluya made a speech together with the head of DTI Atty Carol Josh as the keynote speaker of the night. Unveiling of the four model units namely: Bernini, Palladio, Caravaggio, and Palazzo Rosita followed after and capped the event which was very much a success.
