Nexus Real Estate launches Antara
Nexus Real Estate Corporation formally launched its flagship project in Talisay City, Philippines last January 28, 2016. However the project will carry a new brand – ANTARA
During the press conference last Thursday, January 28, 2016, Ms. Shanna Louise T. Lopez, CEO of Nexus Real Estate Corporation, said that the former name of the project, AMANDARI, was not totally reflective to its unique elements as it was restrictive to its residential units only. After a series of strategic meeting with the board members and senior managers, it was decided to re-brand the project from amandari to ANTARA.
Antara is an Indonesian phrase which means “in between’. The new brand is more reflective to the multi- dimensional functions Antara offers.
Antara stands on a 2.9 hectare property situated on the hills of Lawaan III, Talisay City. From its location, one is bestowed a breathtaking view of the City. The entire development will feature a five mid-rise residential condominiums ranging from 8 to 12 levels with bigger than the average unit sizes per floor. Each unit will also have its own private balcony allowing the owners to relax and enjoy the panoramic view of the city and Bohol straight. Antara will also incorporate the first-of-a-kind adventure park that will occupy over a third of the entire property.

Antara unit owners can opt to have their units rented without them being hassled in the process. A Rental Management option is given to the owners where a team of professional rental managers will handle the rental and upkeep of enrolled units.
The Antara Adventure Parks, is one of the assets of the project, where adventure can be experienced in the urban areas. It will feature a zip line, a 1.5 kilometer hiking and jogging trail, hanging bridge, outdoor paintball arena, wall climbing facilities, mini-golf course, kiddie playground, and a host of other amenities that will make you crave for more! Also, the adventure park has a full service spa, a meditation pavilion, yoga center and small garden plots where owner can nurture their green thumb. Scheduled turnover of its first tower is on 2018.
